About Our Venue

Do you need a beautiful venue to hold your next function? Our venue is located right at the heart of Brisbane’s CBD, among cafés, restaurants, and international hotels, and just a short walk from the City Botanical Gardens, Eagle Street CityCat Wharf and Central train station.

We offer rooms which can be used for training or set up for your specific needs. We can provide catering for your next function, organise business and logistic services.

Training Rooms

Our training rooms inspire their occupants with beautiful decor and outlook across Brisbane River, Parklands and nearby Cathedral.

Our training rooms provide comfortable and inspiring environment to work and learn in. You can use these rooms for collaborative group work, where people need to think and together create ideas and produce solutions. We found that by sitting in a comfy environment, drinking coffee and letting your eyes drift outside, over the rooftops, the Brisbane river and the nearby church, people produce better results than if sitting in a stark white room.

Meeting Rooms

Privacy is assured with our meeting rooms. Discuss your business with confidence that your information is secure. You focus on your meeting and let us help with logistics and general business needs such as printing, photocopying or organising your team’s catering.

Our meeting rooms inspire their occupants with beautiful decor and outlook across Brisbane River, Parklands and nearby Cathedral.

After your meeting take your business partners or clients to lunch or dinner to experience Brisbane’s best restaurants and night spots.

How to book

Step 1:  Request your dates

Request you dates and if a our venue is available we will place tentative booking.

Step 2: Confirm your booking

You will need to confirm your booking via an electronic form that we’ll send you.

Step 3: Orientation briefing 

Our staff member will meet your facilitator to conduct orientation briefing, discuss your session times and catering.

Payments terms  

We will invoice you after the event has run and payment terms are 14 days.

Cancellation policy

You can cancel your booking 20 days before your confirmed dates.

The booking cannot be cancelled, rescheduled or moved less then 20 days in advanced, and will be charged and payable in full.

Additional services including catering can be amended up to 3 working days prior to the event and must be confirmed in writing.

 

Payment methods 

You can pay via EFT or with a credit card. We accept Visa and Master Card with a 3% surcharge.

Access Hours

Our standard hours are 8.30am – 5.30pm.

If you need access your training room before 8.15am on the day of your event there will be an additional fee. This is to cover staff costs. Similarly, if you require access to training rooms after 6pm, there will also be an additional fee.

Public Transport

Brisbane Meeting and Training Rooms are located right next to major transport, this includes Riverside City Cat terminal, Brisbane Central Station and Bus stops.

Car Park

We do not have dedicated car parking, however, there are plenty of nearby parking facilities that you can use at the additional cost to you.

We recommend several options for accommodation.  These accommodations are within a short walking distance from Brisbane Meeting and Training Rooms:

20 – 30 minutes by taxi from Brisbane Airport or 20 minutes via Air Train to Central station.
