How to book

Step 1:  Request your dates

Request you dates and if a meeting room is available we will place tentative booking.

Step 2: Confirm your booking

You will need to confirm your booking via an electronic form that we’ll send you.

Step 3: Orientation briefing 

Our staff member will meet your facilitator to conduct orientation briefing, discuss your session times and catering.

Payments terms  

We will invoice you after the event has run and payment terms are 14 days.

Cancellation policy

You can cancel your booking 20 days before your confirmed dates.

The booking cannot be cancelled, rescheduled or moved less then 20 days in advanced, and will be charged and payable in full.

Additional services including catering can be amended up to 3 working days prior to the event and must be confirmed in writing.


Payment methods 

You can pay via EFT or with a credit card. We accept Visa and Master Card with a 3% surcharge.

All room hire includes:

A selection of bacon and egg rolls, ham and cheese croissants, fruit skewers, muffins and fruit yoghurts
$10.00 per person

Morning Tea
A selection of muffins, cakes and assorted biscuits

Lunch Package One
A selection of mixed sandwiches on a variety of breads (1.5 sandwiches per person)

Access Hours

Our standard hours are 8.30am – 5.30pm.

If you need access your training room before 8.15am on the day of your event there will be an additional fee. This is to cover staff costs. Similarly, if you require access to training rooms after 6pm, there will also be an additional fee.

Public Transport

Brisbane Meeting Rooms are located right next to major transport, this includes Riverside City Cat terminal, Brisbane Central Station and Bus stops.

Car Park

We do not have dedicated car parking, however, there are plenty of nearby parking facilities that you can use at the additional cost to you.
